Rehoboth United Methodist Church
        Rehoboth United Methodist Church

Rehoboth Church supports both local and foreign mission work.

In our own area we support Transitions (for women) and Damascus (for men), two related ministries designed to help rehabilitate inmates through careful discipleship in the Christian faith. Many individuals have been helped to find healing, deliverance, restoration, job training, and much more.

Rehoboth also is involved with Life Choices, the local Pregnancy Care Clinic for women and their families.

We also are strong supporters of Reelfoot Rural Ministries, a ministry in our district which offers help, food, child care, and many other services to families and individuals in low-income or poverty situations.

In addition, Rehoboth supports a number of missions and ministries throughout the world through the World Service Fund of the United Methodist Church.

Hands on Mission

Each small group is encouraged to support some kind of mission work, but also we encourage Rehoboth members to actually get involved in mission. We have had groups travel to other places, such as Joplin, MO. to help tornado victims, to Nashville to work in rescue missions, to volunteer at the Reelfoot Rural Ministries Christmas Store, and much more. We are always open to new ideas and opportunities to put the love of Christ into action.
